Flower Displays

Parklane in the Community

Parklane can provide stunning compositions to keep your landscape fresh and interesting all year long.

Early Spring

Plant pansies for instant colour in April and May. Bulbs are ideal fillers in the garden against the yet bare-stemmed shrubs, but you will have to plan your display before fall. Otherwise, forced bulbs provide a wonderful display in containers.

Late Spring

Annuals can bring life to any planting within a very short time. Use them for a spectacular display in bedding schemes, or to fill in any noticeable gaps in the garden. Begin to transform your containers with brightly coloured annuals mixed with interesting foliage plants for a lively and eye-catching display that will last all summer long.

Mid Summer

Begin now to plan your spring display and order bulbs for fall planting. Take a good look at your garden in full bloom and make note of which plants have done well and which plants have not thrived. This will assist you next spring when it is time to choose your annuals.

Fall

This is the time to plant bulbs. (But, for a good selection, choose them early!) Remove annuals from your garden and plant with mums and kale. Replant your containers for winter, concentrating on shape and form to create bold, striking outlines.
